LabhDo is a household moving inventory. You photograph what you pack, follow boxes through Packed, Loaded, and Delivered, and ask LabhDo when you need something. After the move, the same catalog can stay useful as Home Inventory.

A room name is not a record of what’s inside. LabhDo keeps the contents, the destination, and moving-day status together so you can find the blender — not just “Kitchen.”

No. Photos save immediately. Names, tags, OCR, and transcripts arrive later. You can type a name or leave a voice note; your edits are never overwritten by a later model run.

No. A mover can scan the QR with any phone camera and see destination floor, room, and handling in the browser. Marking a box loaded or delivered uses a signed, expiring crew link from the household — not a crew account.

By default, destination room, floor, and mover code — not item photos or a contents list. You can raise a box to include handling flags or a short summary, or lock it to PRIVATE so even the room name stays off the scan page.

Yes. Each box can move through packed, loaded, and delivered. You get those counts, plus a list of boxes that were packed but not loaded, or loaded but not delivered, to walk before the crew leaves. LabhDo does not invent a missing-box alarm on its own.

The catalog stays. A paid move stays unlocked. Home Inventory is $9/month if you want to keep using it for seasonal storage, the garage, documents, and the next move. LabhDo is not an insurance product.

The web app is the full product, including Avery PDFs. An Android app covers packing, scanning, and search. Print and reports stay on the web.

Avery 5163 and 8163 (2×4″). Each label can print box number, mover code, floor, room, priority, handling flags, and a unique QR. You can pre-print a stack per room or generate labels when you seal.

One household per signup. Free includes 5 boxes and 50 photographed items for that household — extra unpaid moves do not add more. Unlock a single move for $29 for up to 2000 photographed items and 150 boxes, Avery PDFs, export, reports, and Ask LabhDo. Extra capacity is $19 for 1000 more photographed items and 50 boxes. Home Inventory after the move is $9/month when you want it.

Cloud AI (OpenAI) is on by default so photos and voice notes can be labeled automatically. The household owner or admin can turn cloud AI off in Settings. Packing never waits on AI: photos save immediately and metadata arrives later.

Yes. Settings includes CSV, JSON, and a full account export. You can delete your account from Settings or /delete-account. We honor a 30-day grace period, then permanently erase inventory, photos, and backups we control.

Yes. Older LabhDo QR labels continue to redirect to the current LabhDo experience.
