The QR opens a public page. Text-to-speech can read the floor and room. You do not need a LabhDo account to read a public scan.
Checkpoints use a crew link
Marking a box loaded or delivered uses a signed, expiring crew link from the household. A random camera scan cannot rewrite the log.
Privacy
Destination and handling. Not the household catalog.
What crews see
Floor, room, box number, and handling flags the household chose to share. Private boxes hide even the room name.
What crews never see
Item photos, serials, receipts, and the searchable inventory stay with the household. Partner dashboards use the same allowlist.
What we do not claim
A pilot, not a miracle metric.
We will not invent claim-rate drops, minutes saved, or NPS. What the product actually does: destination routing on the box, a scan page that does not require a crew app, and packed / loaded / delivered counts the household can walk before you leave.

Straight answers for crews.
Do crews install an app?
No. A mover scans the QR with any phone camera and sees floor, room, and handling in the browser. Marking loaded or delivered uses a signed, expiring crew link from the household.
What does the crew see on a scan?
By default, destination room, floor, and mover code — not item photos. You can raise a box to include handling flags or a short summary, or lock it to PRIVATE.
Do we have to change our inventory software?
No product integration is required. Households pack in LabhDo. Crews scan stickers they already have on the boxes.
Is there a self-serve partner dashboard?
Partner workspaces exist for organizations that are already set up. This page is how new crews start a conversation — not an instant gift-code portal.
