How to keep track of boxes when moving

Loaded vs delivered checkpoints, QR scans, and a reconciliation list so a missing box is obvious before the crew leaves.

01Count at the door, not in your head

Sealed, loaded, delivered, unpacked are different states. A box can be sealed in the hallway and never make the truck. Another can be loaded and delivered to the wrong floor. You need both checkpoints, not a vibe.

02One scan, one event

If each box has a QR, the crew can mark loaded at the truck and delivered at the room. Your job is the exception list: sealed-not-loaded and loaded-not-delivered. Walk that list before anyone is paid and gone.

03Paper still wins when radios fail

Room signs at the destination and a printed packet survive dead phones. Use the digital log as the source of truth and the paper as the crew interface.

04Use this with LabhDo
  • Moving-day box tracking is packed → loaded → delivered, plus sealed-not-loaded and loaded-not-delivered lists to walk before the crew leaves.
  • LabhDo for movers is the crew view: scan with any phone camera, no crew app. Checkpoints use a signed, expiring crew link from the household.
